How do I cancel my membership?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your membership. Your membership is on a yearly basis, not monthly. If you wish to cancel before your membership renewal date, we unfortunately cannot refund the days or months you do not use. If you want to cancel your yearly membership please cancel 3 months before the end of the year. If you want to freeze your membership instead, you can do it once for up to 3 months.
Does my membership automatically renew?
Yes, on an annual basis. We will remind you ahead of time.
What does my membership include?
Can I freeze my membership?
You can freeze your membership once for up to 3 months. Please contact email@example.com.
How can I change my payment details?
To update your payment information, just head to the 'Payment Method' section within your Profile.
Do I need to bring my membership card to enter the club?
You will ensure the quickest entry if you bring your card, but don't worry, we can also check you in with just your ID. Please show your membership card whenever you enter the facility or open a tab.
Can I use The Cover clubs in other cities?
Yes, your membership gives you access to all our clubs.
How do I propose new members to The Cover?
The applicant can add you as a referral on their online application. We will let you know we received their application.
Is my partner allowed to use my membership?
Your membership is just for you, so unfortunately you cannot give your partner your full member benefits. You can bring them as your guest to your restaurant reservations and hotel stays.
Are my guests allowed to use the gym and spa with me?
Not at the moment. To ensure we always have space for those with a membership, the gym and spa are currently for member use only.
What if my guest arrives before me?
If your guest arrives before you, we will ask them to wait for you in the public spaces.
Are there any discounts for my family at the hotels?
You can book hotel rooms for your family and friends with up to 15% off. We’ll give you a discount code they can book their stay with once you become a member. For group bookings please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for Spain or email@example.com for The Netherlands.
Can I bring my dog to the club?
Unfortunately, we don't allow dogs at any of our facilities.
How do I book a private event room?
Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and we will coordinate your booking request.
How do I book a hotel room?
Please log in to your account and book online. Your discount will be applied automatically.
How do I book a table at MR PORTER in Barcelona?

How do I book a table at The Rooftop at Sir Victor?

How do I book a table at The Duchess?
You can either book through our Members page, by emailing info@The-Duchess.com or by calling +31 20 811 3322. However you'd like to do it, we're here to help.
How do I attend a member event?
Log in to your online account, go to the Events page and register via the event’s RSVP page. You will also see online if some events are open for family and friends.
Do I need to reserve a parking space in Barcelona?
No, you are free to park wherever is open. Please pay for your parking with your member discount included at the hotel’s front desk.
Do I need to reserve a space in the private members work area beforehand?
No, you can just walk in. It’s first come, first served.
