1. Private Members’ Club
Sircle Collection, with its international portfolio of hotels and restaurants, presents The Cover: A Members’ Club for entrepreneurs, innovators and the culturally curious set within Barcelona’s stunning hotels around Europe.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the following Members’ Clubs:
- Members’ Club within Barcelona’s Sir Victor, operational under Room 432 S.L.U.;
- Members’ Club within Vienna’s Max Brown 7th District Hotel, operational under Sappho siebente Holding GmbH:
- Members’ Club within London’s Sir Devonshire Square Hotel.
These Members’ Clubs will jointly be referred to as ‘The Cover’.
2. Private Members’ Club benefits
Members enjoy free access to private social spaces, wellness facilities and work areas, plus exclusive discounts on our restaurants, hotel rooms, spa treatments, parking, meeting spaces and more. Supporting the areas of health, community and business in members’ lives, it is a full-circle perspective.

- Up to 30% discount on hotel rooms at all hotels across the Sircle Collection portfolio (Sir Hotels, Max Brown Hotels, Park Centraal Hotels);
- Up to 15% off for friends and family room bookings at all hotels across the Sircle Collection portfolio (Sir Hotels, Max Brown Hotels, Park Centraal Hotels);
- Private offices and meeting rooms at a reduced rate;
- Up to 30% discount on event rooms;
- 30% discount on parking;
- 25% discount on all spa treatments;
- 10% discount at MR PORTER (up to 2 guests);
- Priority access on The Rooftop at Sir Victor (up to 3 guests).
Benefits for Amsterdam, subject to the hotel’s availability

3. Application Process
By completing and submitting your application for a membership via our website thecover.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Cover’s membership committee will review your application and has the right to accept or decline your application without having to provide any reasoning. The membership committee meets 4 times a year and admits new members when space is available. The membership committee shall have exclusive discretion as to whom shall become a member of The Cover.
If your membership application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email from our membership team. Your membership will commence on the next cycle after the date of receiving this welcome email. Membership cycles start on the 1st and the 15th of each month.
You are free to withdraw your application at any time as long as it has not been accepted. Should you wish to do so, please contact our membership team at members@thecover.com.
When your membership application is accepted, you will be able to use the same email and password to log into our website. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your login details. Please add your payment details to set up your account to be activated in the next cycle.
The Cover is not liable for any harm or damage related to the disclosure of your login details or the use of these login details by anyone else. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or login details, please notify us immediately. The Cover may require you to change your login details if we think they are no longer secure. The Cover reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership account at its sole discretion.
4. Young Talents
Members younger than 30 years may enjoy certain young talent benefits. Members whose application is accepted before their 30th birthday will enjoy those young talent benefits until their 31st birthday. The details of The Cover’s young talent benefits may be found on The Cover’s website.
5. Membership Renewal
Your membership has a mandatory minimum duration of twelve (12) months.
After the initial year, your membership will automatically renew for successive one-year periods. We will remind you in advance of such a renewal.
6. Membership database
When completing your membership application, you will be requested to submit your name, date of birth, contact and payment details as well as a photograph of yourself. We store your personal details in our membership database. By submitting your application and by becoming a member of The Cover, you acknowledge and agree that we will hold and use your personal details and photograph for the purpose of reviewing your application and administering your membership. If your contact or payment details change, please update them on your profile by deleting them from "Payment methods" and activating your membership again.
7. Membership fees and payment
The Cover reserves the right to charge a registration fee and an annual subscription fee. The right to amend or waive any such registration or subscription fee from time to time shall be at The Cover’s sole discretion.
Upon approval or renewal of your membership, your membership fees will immediately become payable. By providing us with your payment details, you accept and consent to being charged with membership fees by The Cover upon the approval or renewal of your membership. The Cover reserves the right to amend the membership fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if there will be any changes to the amount, payment date or frequency of your membership fees. Failure to pay the annual subscription fee (or any installment thereof) within 2 months after the due date may lead to termination of the membership by The Cover. In that case, you will no longer be admitted to the clubs.e Cover reserves the right to charge a registration fee and an annual subscription fee. The right to amend or waive any such registration or subscription fee from time to time shall be at The Cover’s sole discretion.
8. Freezing
Each year, you can freeze your membership for the duration of one month. During this one-month period, you will not be charged membership fees and you will lose access to the booking platform, the spaces and all member benefits. If you follow a yearly payment plan, this prepaid extra month will be added to the end of your membership.
To ensure we can set up your membership’s pause correctly you must let the team know by email at members@thecover.com at least a month in advance.
9. Termination and transfer of your membership
In case you decide to terminate your membership, you still need to pay the full membership fee for what remains of the 12 months, regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually. Refunds will be at The Cover’s sole discretion.
In case you are moving to another city or another country, you are entitled to terminate your membership early by providing us with official proof of your new address. In case of termination because you have moved, you will have to pay a one-time cancellation fee. The one-time cancellation fee is €350 for Regular Members and €300 for Young Talents. If you would like to cancel your membership and pay the cancellation fee, you are requested to let the membership team in writing know at least a month in advance.
If you are moving to another city where The Cover has a club, you can transfer your membership on your next payment date by providing official proof of address.
To ensure we can set up your membership’s termination on time you must let the team know by email at members@thecover.com and at least a month in advance.
10. Membership access system
On your first day as a member, the membership team will provide you with an access key card.
You have to bring your access key card to gain entry to the club and to ensure you can enjoy the discounts on the different outlets of the hotel. Please notify us immediately by email at members@thecover.com when your access card is lost or stolen.
In case you have lost your access card more than two times, we will apply a fee of €10 for each time you request a new access card.
11. Guests
Members are permitted to bring a maximum of 3 guests per visit to the designated social spaces of the club at any time.
No guests are allowed in the working spaces, gym areas or fitness classes. You may bring one guest to the Spa by replying to your confirmed booking email. Guests will have to pay 20 euros for the use of the spa.
Members must stay with their guests within the designated social spaces and have to make sure their guests do not remain in the designated social spaces when the member is not (or no longer) present.
12. Mobile phones
Members are not allowed to take or make phone calls in the workspaces; phone zones are available where you can make phone calls.
13. Bills
All bills (whether a member’s bill or a bill of one of their guests) must be settled before leaving the club. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests’ bills are paid.
14. Private events and maintenance
We may close the working areas and the club floor for private events occasionally. The Cover reserves the right to close all areas for maintenance.
15. Use of equipment and facilities
The use of any gym or fitness equipment, areas, or facilities available at The Cover is entirely at the risk of the member or hotel guest. Members are not allowed to bring guests to the gym or spa. Introduction sessions explaining how to safely use the gym equipment are available.
The consumption of food and drinks bought outside of the club is prohibited in all areas of the club.

16. Liability of The Cover
The Cover shall not be liable for damage or loss of items that have been brought to the club by a member or its guests. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cover shall not be liable to you or any of your guests for any direct or indirect damage, unless the Cover is grossly at fault. The Cover cannot be held liable for any damage caused by third parties.
17. Amendments to the terms and conditions
The Cover may change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. If we change the terms and conditions, we will post the updated terms and conditions on our website. All changes to our terms and conditions are effective immediately upon posting them on our website. By using our website and membership, you are deemed to accept these changes, and you are bound to the amended terms and conditions. We recommend you consult our terms and conditions on a regular basis.

19. Your personal information
We will use the personal information you provide us in connection with your membership, in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which explains how your data is processed and outlines your rights.
20. Compliance
Members are expected to follow, and ensure that their guests will comply with:
(a) these terms and conditions; and
(b) any house rules applicable to the location where the club is located (e.g. a hotel).
Members may face suspension or termination of their membership if they (or their guests) fail to follow or violate those rules. Members are not entitled to any refunds if the membership is suspended or terminated for breaching these rules.
21. Transfer
We may transfer your membership agreement and our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to an affiliated company. By becoming a member of The Cover, you irrevocably agree to and cooperate with such transfer in advance. Of course, we will always inform you in writing of such a transfer and make sure that your rights under the membership agreement are respected.
22. Force majeure
The Cover shall not be in breach of any of its obligations under the membership agreement or these terms and conditions and cannot be held liable for any delay in performing its obligations if such delay or nonperformance results from an event beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). The term force majeure includes, but is not limited to, (threat of) war, epidemic disease, decisions by governments or governing authorities (including advice against traveling or gathering in large groups), civil unrest, strikes, acts of war, fire, flood, water damage, general outages of gas or electricity, closure of airports or ports, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters and water or internet disruptions.
23. Invalidity and unenforceability
If any of the terms of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue to apply.
23. Applicable Law
Any agreement between a member and The Cover is subject to and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the local Members’ Club and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Members’ Club is located.
